ALL-STATE SYMPHONIC CHOIR!!!!!
I just got back from a weekend in Yakima singing music for up to 6 and a half hours a day. My throat is beyond dead. On top of that, I think I got sick because of my room mate... curse you Nicole!
Anyway, I left for it Friday morning (way to damn early). It was pretty damn awesome being around 307 other singers all day for an entire weekend. The time we spent in the bus was proably the best, and everyone was so freakin friendly, it was amazing.
I met some really cool people, including two of my room mates, and ended up spending most of my time with a group of girls from the Yakima area. It was also cool to see that there are choir guys that can actually sing! *gasp*
It was split up pretty evenly between Sopranos, Tenors, Bass, and Altos. And, everyone actually wanted to sing and pay attention. Plus, our Director (David Flood) was from England and had such a heavy accent.
All in all, I had a good time even though I went there not knowing anyone. I wish I could do it again.

P.S. My computer is currently dead so I'll get on as soon as I can to take care of messages and deviations. ... I hope...
